Super shoes from Superga/House of Holland.

I am lusting after a pair of Superga trainers. House of Holland have done a collaboration with the Italian shoe company, and I am saving all my pennies from working behind a fish counter (yes. really.), so I can buy a flatform pair. It has taken me a while to come round to the idea of flatforms. As I am already 5ft.8, the thought of adding inches to my height without the flattering ability heels have, seemed slightly pointless. However it is these shoes which have made me come round to the idea!

Sooo, i got back from an amazing trip to Beach Break on Monday. What an experience that was! Besides there being absolute TORRENTIAL rain for around 90% of the trip, it was actually hilarious, and definitely will be going again next year!! Looking rough was an essential part of this trip; having bought many clothes, accessories, feathers, and face-paint, we were fully equip to dress the festival part.

As most of the pictures suggest, we actually spent the majority of our trip wearing ponchos and wellies (luckily bit of a hipster staple now) trying to escape the rain....obviously, copious amounts of cider was consumed which helped to keep spirits high! So much fun, hopefully more festivals to follow!

High tide fashion

I have just now come across an incredibly funny fashion item, designed specifically to be practical! These are called High Tide Heels. Are they hot or hideous......either way they are pretty amazing! Only available at exhibitions currently, how long until we see the TOWIE trotting around marbs in a pair of these. My guess...never.

Hey there Blog..

So, I have decided to start my Blog. I am a bit shit at updating profiles etc, hence the name 'The girl who doesn't Blog'. I am currently at Nottingham Trent University studying Fashion and Textile Management, and have just finished my first year. Besides lots of this :

 I have also learnt a huge amount more about the Fashion industry and what sort of path i would like to follow.
